    How do I know if the Level 3 or Level 4 NVQ is right for me?

    While they are both for those in supervisory positions, there are differences between the Level 3 and Level 4 NVQs. The Level 4 is geared towards those who supervise a site overall while the Level 3 may be more suited to those who are in a hands on supervisory role within an industry specific team.
    We know that no two delegates are the same, and we are here to take your needs on board and point you in the direction of the right course for you.

    Are there any prerequisites for taking this course?

    Before taking a Level 3 NVQ in Construction Occupational Work Supervision is that you don’t need any prior academic qualifications to take part, however, you should have a level 2 in your industry or demonstrable experience. However, if you are someone who has never done well with classroom-based learning or exams and coursework, then this course is perfect for you – as you will be proving your skills as you work.
    You do need to already be working in a supervisory role to take the course. Not sure if your position qualifies you for the course? Get in touch with us, and we’ll tell you if you are the right fit for this NVQ.

    Can I transfer my booking to another course?

    If you have made a course booking and would like to transfer to another date or program, then we do allow delegates to do so. However, our transfer terms depend on how much notice you’re able to give us.

    If you make a transfer request more than 30 days before your course start date, this is free of charge.

    Transfer requests between 12 to 30 days before your course start date incur a 25% charge of the course cost. This increases to 50% for transfer requests between 7 and 12 days before your course start date, and 75% if you give us less than 7 days’ notice.

    When will I receive my certificate?

    Successful delegates will be emailed a CITB digital certificate shortly after the course end date, valid for five years. Mental Health and NVQ certificates are also emailed shortly after the successful completion. NEBOSH and IOSH certificates are hard copies, sent recorded delivery.
