Responsibilities:
- Providing all round back up support to the Bookings Team
- Processing of delegate bookings
- Developing relationships with new and existing clients
- Support clients by delivering an exceptional customer service
- Data Entry onto the bespoke database
- Making and answering calls
Knowledge & Skills:
- Basic education
- Proficient in Microsoft or using CRM systems
- Ability to work on initiative and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills and ability to deal with information accurately
- Excellent customer service skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience and desirable qualities:
- Previous administrative experience
- Personable
- Flexible
Schedule: Monday to Friday hours to be agreed with 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays, pro rata
