What you can expect from a Mental Health First Aid course
The Mental Health First Aider course at Target Zero will cover a variety of topics and teach delegates how to recognise the warning signs of mental health and develop the confidence and skills to approach the person to provide support and signposting.
Mental Health First Aid internationally recognised courses are and accredited by MHFA England and are delivered by a team of qualified MHFA instructors. The remote learning course is split over four sessions via Zoom and utilising the MHFA Enabley platform. By completing self-learning exercises and engaging in interactive activities, delegates will gain knowledge and understanding of the following topics:

About Mental Health First Aid England Course
This Mental Health First Aid course is for individuals who work across a whole host of industries who want to have a better understanding of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety and suicide. Those who attend the course will leave with the confidence to be able to recognise the signs of mental health issues and be able to engage with someone needing mental health support and signpost them for further help if they require it.
